Pretty decent hotel. We stayed in room 220. I will say the engineer that designed this hotel as never stayed in one. The floor above us sounded to the occupants were going to land in our room. And I feel bad for anyone in room 120 as my daughter’s steps sounded like she was a giant. The hotel “bar” consisted of 5 bar stools and the front desk clerk doubled as the bar keep. Breakfast was extremely sad also. The worse part of the experience though would have to be when I made the mistake of sliding one of the beds closer to the half wall as a fall prevention for my kid. The amount of filth and feathers and even a large fake eye lash left behind was extremely unsettling from under the bed. The air conditioning also sounded like it was holding water everytime it shut off you could hear the water gurgling in the machine. The toilet took atleast 5 minutes to refill and all lights in the bathroom area flickered pretty bad. I would highly suggest management getting a handle on maintenance while they still can.

We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was very spacious! It was very quiet, very clean and loved that the rooms were separate. It has everything you would need to cook, clean etc. There was a fire pit outside the amenities were great:). I wish we were able to stay longer:)

Didn't provide basic amenities like towels and facial tissues for all guests in the room. Response from front desk: "Sorry, we are out of it" with a blunt tone. Extra blankets: "Sorry, we are out of it" with atone as if I am annoying him. When reminded that it is hotel's responsibility to provide basic amenities like towels, or give me partial refund "For me to do that, you need to vacate the room right now" They were out of half of breakfast items an hour before the closure time. Ice machines didn't have ice.

The room is need and clean. The front reception staff is worn and friendly. The breakfast lady on Sunday morning (05/25) has no basic sense of hospitality and service. Definitely the breakfast lady needs the training on basics of customer service 101. Overall a decent hotel.

The room was amazing. The breakfast was good and hot. However the ventilation in the hotel was not very good. The hallways were very muggy and the vents in the hallways were dripping water. Not enough towels to go around. When you would try to ask the front desk no one was available.

$100 deposit for damage fee

I paid for 2 rooms in advance & when we checked in we were required to leave a $100 deposit for each room. We are now 3 day after check out and they have not returned the funds. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen lady was wonderful. The blackberry had mold & the toaster was breaking. No coffee and basic breakfast. We called was told it can take up to 10 days. So $400 for 2 rooms & $200 fee. Elevator also gets stuck. Never will I stay or recommend.

I thought the room was nice and it was clean. Breakfast offered from 7-10am so that was nice. I didn’t like that someone below us was making noise complaints and they came to our room 3 times even after I told them it was not us. They came back the 3rd time at 1am and that upset me because everyone was asleep but me and we felt like we had to lay down and it was our vacation. It wasn’t even us someone else was stomping and running and they didn’t seem to investigate better before blaming us 3 times. Then for a nice property they only had one washer and dryer that looked older and the dryer was messed up it was so loud that someone kept stopping the dryer so our clothes would not dry. But the staff was helpful on that and dried our clothes. Maria and Jay were nice and helpful. Maria was a very nice lady and made me feel better after the experience we had she was kind and caring. I would suggest for a nice property like this they should have more than 1 washer and dryer and upgrade. Also respect customer privacy more and if someone says it is not them look into better before accusing a family on vacation over and over of disrupting peace. I felt harassed. The person calling in to report should not be respected more than our peace and comfort to enjoy our vacation.
