From reserving the condo, to answering questions ahead of time to check in and to support during our stay, we can't say enough about how great it was, to include the fact that the condo is great for a family, and the pool was wonderful as well. There are a lot of things we liked, including being able to park underneath the condo which protects your vehicles. Whenever we had an issue or question, host of at stay responded immediately, and we mean immediately! I have never seen such prompt and thorough response to our needs. Thanks again to the staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Not what the reviews say

This is the first time we've ever stayed in a place that we felt totally blind sided by the reviews for this home and the photos that are listed. The only thing nice about this home is the pool that is shared outside. We walked into the home having 8 roaches up the inside stairs, floors so dirty our feet turned black and ruined our socks. We got bug bites from just being inside the home. There was a cigarette burn on our comforter and there was water damage to the floor in the main bath. Oh, and the pots and pans were so bad they wouldn't even sell them at Goodwill. I'm guessing the other reviews written here were friends or family of the owners because this place was disgusting.

Family Escape

Made a quick weekend trip down to Port A. Condo was in great location but also quiet at night. Small complex. The “garage” space was perfect to unload and hose off all the beach stuff, before heading home

Enjoyed this property and location!

We booked fairly last minute for Spring Break, so I was surprised this property was still available. I thought maybe the location was not good or the condo had issues, but I was incredibly relieved and very pleasantly surprised when we checked in. We arrived about an hour early and the management company was accommodating and allowed us early check in with no added charge. The condo is new and in a great location (super close to everything, but allows for more privacy and much less traffic and outside activity noise). Everything we could possibly need or use is provided at the property, and they even gift you a great canvas bag, cute hat, glasses, and coozies! We were also able to bring our dog, which was great! We rented a golf cart using the recommended vendor from the app and they were amazing and made everything easy. We were able to fit two cars and a six seater golf cart in the garage with still plenty of space. The pool right next to the condo was convenient and really nice and clean. They were still heating it on the weekends and it was so nice to be able to use it on the colder beach days. I was concerned about pool noise inside the condo, but the indoor stairwell is what’s next to the pool area so there was zero noise heard while inside. I would love to have had a couple more side tables and maybe a floor or table lamp in the main living space. Adding a large area rug in there would be a nice touch too. Overall, it was an amazing place and stay. We will be back!

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Our stay was amazing. This was by far the best rental we have stayed in. The property was as described and clean. Proximity to the pool was great. The location is a little but further from the beach than we wanted, but it all worked out with the rental of a golf cart. The property had everything we could have wanted. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Port Aransas!

Beautiful house and community

We stayed here for part of the 4th of July week. Great house for a family trip. A lot of space to spread out. The house is right next to the pool which was nice to be able to come and go. Kitchen was well stocked, they even had a crock pot which we used. We had enough room to park two full size cars and a golf cart. A bit far to walk to the beach, but fine in a golf cart about 5 min drive. Host was fabulous, answered all my questions about kitchen appliances, supplies and how to watch fireworks prior to our arrival. We will stay again!

Great stay with our family!

We have stayed many times in Port Aransas and many different condos or townhouses. This one ranks as one of our favorites! We were right next door to the pool and a quick golf cart ride away from the beach and Dollar General for necessities when we needed them. The nest view on the top floor was the kiddos favorite. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a family.

Great place!

The rental was amazing! The kids loved being next to the pool and we had a window so we could look out to check on the kids when we went upstairs. Honestly, we spent more time at the pool than the beach because it was so nice. We loved having our bedroom on main floor and kid bedrooms upstairs. The location was perfect and we will definitely be back! We highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful clean and well stocked

We stay in port A often so we have been in many rental properties. This is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. It was SO clean (especially for a house that is pet friendly!). Beds are comfy and they have paid great attention to the details. Name brand toilet paper and paper towels, Plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There were even cold water bottles in the fridge on our arrival. There were just so many little “extras” I can’t name them all. We will definitely come back.

Excellent experience

This house really surpassed my expectations! It was beautiful, spacious, and accurate to the listing. It was very clean and everything worked (the AC did take awhile to cool down the first night, but I think that's more the Texas heat and the large space than anything else). The pool was BEAUTIFUL and felt like our own private pool since no one else used it the entire time we were there. The beach was only a few minutes away and easy to find. Check-in was super simple and the owners were extremely responsive to my messages - we got in pretty late the first night after some car troubles but they still responded that same night to a question I had. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again given the chance. Thanks for a great vacation!

Fantastic Stay!

The condo is very clean and nice! We loved the top balcony that always had a great breeze and the pool was amazing (and a few steps away). It is a smaller complex so we essentially had the pool area to ourselves whenever we wanted it which was nice with two little ones. We will definitely be back!

It was an Amazing Experience!

This was not only our first trip to Port Aransas, but it was also our for time using VRBO. Seas Your Dreams was the perfect choice! The property is very well taken care of and had everything we needed. The commute to the beach, restaurants and activities was all reachable via golf cart (highly recommended) within minutes. Communication with Jim and Chuma was prompt and excellent. We definitely will be back!

Beautiful New Condo

We always enjoy Port A and all the homes/condos we stay in. This condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped, views were amazing. The stairs were a struggle for me as there are a lot of them. We only used 1 bedroom which was very comfortable. The closet was a bit small so I just kept my clothes in my luggage. We don’t have any complaints even with the workers across the driveway who were working off and on, they didn’t make a lot of noise. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
