Great week

We were very impressed with everything. Only a couple of things that could be improved. The A/C was struggling a bit, but we all slept great so not that big of an issue. Also the fridge could not evenly cool everything, but again not a deal breaker. The street was busy and some loud music woke us up in the middle of the night a couple of times. The garbage dump area was over flowing and gross with trash everywhere, but again, just being picky. Overall we would highly recommend and stay there again.

Good but very bad

We loved the size and lay out of home. Bedrooms worked well for our family. However on day 2 we started noticing fleas on us in the house. They were also horrible outside in patio and under the house. We were unable to utilize patio space, fire pit, under house area. We removed all blankets and pillows from living room to another room to keep them at bay. Spoke with property manager who did send someone out; however, it made no difference. Overall disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy our time spent in the house and worried about bringing them home with us! While we loved the house it’s not likely we’d return. Recommend a major pest treatment before next renter.

Good space and location

The space was really nice and had some good amenities. Great location and space for my friends and I. However, we’re pretty sure the place might have had some sort of bug as a lot of got bitten up. Check in process was also weird as we had to contact them to get access details and that was a process as it took them a long time to answer. VRBO support was no help and actually gave us a number that tried to scam us into paying more money. When I asked the property management company they said that wasn’t them. Be warned! That part had nothing to do with the property manager.

Great Rental!

Great Stay

This was a great stay! The property was awesome. Stayed with my family (4 kids 10 and under) and my parents. The layout and location worked well for us. We had a plastic outdoor chair break during our stay and the property managers changed it out right away. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Perfect for a large group with kids!

Perfect for a large family with kids! The house is decorated beautifully in a peaceful and well done beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and need’s a variety of utensils and pots and pans. We were supplied with all we needed to get started and the kids had games for our rainy days. The downstairs was a great hang out place. The beds were super comfy but be sure to take your sound machine for the traffic noise behind the house in 11th.

Close to everything

Place is listed just as is clean cozy beds we’re comfortable. Only complaint was the fridge . Fridge needs to be loaded a certain way and can’t be overloaded or won’t cool effectively. That was annoying. I feel for such a nice place the refrigerator should be able to keep up with something as simple as stocking the fridge with food and drinks other than that place was awesome .

Great property! Very open floor plan
great for entertaining and playing games in large groups.

We stayed here with friends and family. Had lots of room to entertain, play games, etc. Patio area was nice and spacious allowing a large group of us to enjoy drinks and conversation around the fire pit,

Cute place

The property was nice. But we were supplied with one towel and one wash rag per person for a 4 night 5 day stay. No laundry soap, not even a small amount. Not even a small amount of trash bags, coffee filters. No starter shampoo or conditioner and a tiny amount of hand soap. No Beach towels. I own short term rentals and I provide at least small amounts to get started.

Overall it was good stay

However, we did get locked out when I guess the batteries died in our front door lock. Left office a message Friday at 5:45pm and had to call back Saturday morning because I didn't hear back. Luckily, we had one f the windows unlocked. I hate to pay that much and have problems dealing with things like this.

Last summer hoorah!

The listing was perfect for our two families with 7 total kids under 8. We had an extra room to let the toddler sleep in silence. The couch had crumbs from the previous stay, one fan didn’t work, the toilet paper holder fell off and the blinds wouldn’t go down all the way in one bedroom but overall the stay was perfect for a family with kids. The back seating area was perfect. Close enough to the beach a golf cart rental was great.

Stay was good. Did not like bedrooms facing busy street. Lots of noise. Also, did not like that there were no closets or dressers in the bedrooms. Nowhere to put clothes. Also, too bright in bedrooms. Needed curtains.

Great getaway

Overall, the property is really nice and so well decorated. The backyard fire pit is especially to relax in the evening. The bedrooms were smaller than were pictured and it was difficult to store all our clothes. I think the owners should include more garbage bags as there were only 2 and we took out lots of garbage in order to keep the place clean. Also, providing dish soap and some towels in the kitchen would help enhance the stay as I have had that at many other properties. Overall it was a lovely place and I would recommend.

Perfect place for multiple couples!

Our stay consisted of all adults -- 3 couples plus a couple single people. The place was PERFECT for our group! Plenty of parking, plenty of restrooms, roomy kitchen and common areas. Everyone in our group was very pleased. Very easy drive down to our spot on the beach, and also very close to town.
