The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree C6 is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Sleeps 4 with Queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips w/electricity for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
