This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. It was clean and quite and had amazing views. We will for sure be back. Highly recommend if you are just looking for a relaxing destination. I could have just stayed in this condo the entire time and done nothing else and been happy. We were there to visit grandkids and they had a blast in the 3 pools. Very clean. All of the staff was so nice. Would give 10 stars if possible!

My husband, 8 month old son, and I had a wonderful stay at steps to the sea! The property met our needs and more. We knew we would be spending a lot of time in the condo with nap times, etc. so opted to spend the money on the penthouse and the views did not disappoint. Absolutely beautiful! The Mayan princess property is well situated right on the beach and we enjoyed several early morning walks along the ocean front. The condo itself was immaculate and luxurious. It had everything we would need and more for a multi day stay. Would recommend to any family looking for all the comforts of home in a vacation rental.

The best view on the Island

This was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in when traveling to Port A. The view from the upstairs bedroom is breathtaking and the view from the downstairs living area with the ocean right outside and a vaulted ceiling. This stay was perfect, quiet, there are 3 pools and a hot tub. Very nice place and I will stay here again!

The BEST Mayan Princess & Port A stay yet!!!

Our condo was gorgeous! We have stayed the last nine years in Port Aransas and the last four years at Mayan Princess but this by far exceeded all of our expectations. All MP balconies face toward the ocean but this one sits up extra high (fourth and fifth floor balconies) and there are lots of extra sweet touches like coffee in the master bedroom, games, regular coffee maker and K cup, the chairs on the balcony are plentiful with lots of blankets and towels for the beach. It’s perfect for a family stay and we absolutely loved it!!!

Wonderful Stay at Beachfront Property

This condo was everything my family was looking for during our stay on the beach! The condo and property itself was clean, beautiful and a fantastic location right on the beach and close to some great local spots to eat. The primary suite upstairs was exquisite with amazing views of the ocean and the primary bathroom outdid itself with a large soaking tub, beautiful shower, and nice toiletries left for all to use. Overall, if we come back to this part of the beach we will definitely be back and highly recommend for families with children. Tons of board games and puzzles downstairs too! Something for everyone!

Beautiful condo

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spacious condo. We had other friends and family staying nearby and everyone ended up gathering here in the evenings. Plenty of room to stretch out on the cozy couch or gather around the large dining table to eat and talk. Loved the color scheme and all of the amenities including the coffee maker in the main suite. The large bathroom was right out of an HGTV reno. Absolutely beautiful and we're looking forward to going back.

Beautiful gulf front condo!

Deserves more than 5 stars! Beautifully decorated and clean. Amazing view from master bedroom, both balconies and throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. Loved the coffee bar and seating area in the master bedroom. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beach stay

Hi, Overall, the place we stayed at was nice. The pool however was not heated to 82 degrees, so it was quite cold- all 3 of them. Luckily there was a nice hot tub. The property was a bit remote for my liking, but it was nice and clean. We could have used more detergent and toilet paper.
