Was not expecting the $10 charge for parking, and then to top it off when we returned late at night there was not a single spot available and we had to back clear out of the very tight parking garage and park at the next door business hoping we would not be towed in the night. We noticed several other people appeared to have done the same. They did comp us our parking when we checked out and mentioned this to them. There is also a homeless camp just one building over. But, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the motel is located in a great location where we can walk to the places we go to hang out with our kids.

As always, the customer service was Superior. The rooms were amazingly clean! The breakfast was delicious and had a ton of options. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. For those of you who might be looking at staying here for a Oregon State student visit... It is a 6-minute Uber ride from this hotel to pretty much anywhere on campus. Absolutely. The only place I will stay when I am visiting my children while they attend Oregon State.

Honestly can’t think of a complaint except maybe slightly thin walls and small slow elevator. Beautiful view of the river. Super nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh delicious coffee 247 in lobby.

Room was fine except for the worst shower we’ve ever had in a hotel charging a premium. Staff had absolutely no idea where a close restaurant could be found. Staff, however, were nice but were untrained. Holiday Inn should be able to provide a shower with a spray as opposed to a dribble.
