Incredible 480 sq ft studio that has a queen bed with a very expensive queen pillow top mattress, all stainless steel appliances, Washer/Dryer, black leather reclining love seat and black leather
recliner, Refrigerator w/ice maker, granite counter tops, laminate wood flooring and a 3/4 bathroom. fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your needs. Our Heating/AC unit is a top of the line heat pump that is very quiet and works fantastic! All of this setting above an old rock quarry that was in operation back in the 1930's.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be close to Peavy Arboretum. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a fireplace in the apartment.
