The pool was closed even though there was water in it. There should be a way to notify guests ahead of time. Also the hsllways were very stained. Room was very nice & breakfast was ok too!

We booked the property because it had a pool. Upon arriving, we see a sign posted saying the pool was closed. It would have been nice to see that on their web page. Friendly staff, comfy beds, okay breakfast.

Paid extra for nothing.

Picked this hotel specifically for the pool and when we got there it was closed. I know maintenance is necessary it they said it was down for awhile and no mention of this was made at time of booking. Reported to the front desk that the hair dryer didn’t work and the kitchen sink was clogged when we arrived. Neither was ever fixed.
