This is the 2nd year we stay here, we come cuz its close to the OC fair grounds, see you guys next year for sure, love what you guys are doing to the place. Maybe the pool will be open next year?

When arrived staff was not at window sign stated be back in 20 min but returned 50 min later. When arrived to my room it was dirty and forgot to clean manager stated. Manager than argued with me and hung on the phone. So house keeper stated will clean room but never was cleaned. I had a very bad experince and staff was not professional or helpful at all. I will never be back to this place and do not recommend.

Hotel staff was very friendly, we had an issue with our key card malfunctioning because of the door battery was low. The manager came very fast to help us fix it and let us in. Would definitely stay again if around the area.

The place is under renovation and the pool is not open. WI-FI is spotty. Aside from the outside area looking a mess, the room we stayed in was clean and functional.

In the middle of a remodel so the parking was really limited & overall you felt like you were staying in a construction zone (which we were, so……. take this w/a grain of salt). Did have issues with the TV in both rooms. I’m anxious to return when the upgrades are over to see how much better it is.

The front desk was amazing but if somene is above you, you can hear everything the are doing. We had issues with the room above at night before bed and when they got up. We thought they were going to fall down on us. I loveeeee the newly remodeled rooms. Just missing a phone in the rooms. Showers and led bathroom mirror lights were amazing

I want to start with the people in the front desk are helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in for 3 nights 4days was very nice but the cleanliness was off in the bathroom. I liked my stay but we were next to the linen closet and man that door didn’t sound good when you are passed out. It’s sounds like someone’s trying to get in your room. The room are been remodeled. There is not a lot of parking because they’re remodeling the entire place section by section. One more thing that got on my last nerves was the people from the bar, entitled and park in the parking lot of the Inn.

The room was new and clean, the staff was friendly and super nice, however only half of our latch lock was installed and it felt uncomfortable. It was quiet during the weekend, however half of the motel is under construction (for now). One of the clean towels had a dirty foot print inside.
