Here, family memories are made around crackling fire pits, shared meals grilled outdoors, and laughter echoing from the playground. Lounge in cozy Adirondack chairs beneath a canopy of stars, explore peaceful walking paths with river views, or challenge each other to a game of basketball. Kids will delight in the treehouse with its exhilarating slide, while adults soak in the serenity of rural living at its finest.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully stocked with games and comforts that invite connection and joy. And just across the street, the majestic National Forest beckons with hiking trails and nature’s quiet magic—perfect for adventures that ground and inspire.

Our well-equipped kitchens and spacious dining area allow you to savor home-cooked meals with your loved ones. The two dining tables comfortably seat up to 18 guests, creating an inviting space for shared meals and conversations.

The 1st master bedroom downstairs features a king bed & a bathroom with a shower. A 25” flat screen is mounted on the wall for guests who like to watch movies in bed. French doors open up to the wraparound porch.

The 2nd master bedroom features a king bed & a bathroom with shower, washer & dryer, and opens up onto the wraparound porch.

We have two bedrooms that include two twin beds, closet and window overlooking the private yard.

One bedroom includes a twin daybed, washer & dryer, and opens up onto the wraparound porch.

The last bedroom includes a twin bed with views out to the pasture, the Black Hills and Mingus Mountain.

For larger groups, add the guest house loft for $150 a night to ensure everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy their stay. Guest house loft includes two queen beds and four twin beds.
