We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment with a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, non-convertible sofa (which can be used as two beds, no side-by-side sleeping) and dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A terrace facing South West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A green space shared with the other rentals of the residence.

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
You will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities accessible on foot from the apartment: walks or bike rides on the coast, walk along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum...
We advise you to go to the beautiful market in the center on Tuesday and Friday.

À part faire tourner le lave-vaisselle après chaque repas (très économique), autant laver à la main au fur et à mesure. Le frigo est utilisable à 50 pour cent car la porte n’a plus de clayette . Appartement très mal pensé. Terrasse sale et mobilier en pièces détachées"

Océanite "Si vous aimez les toiles d'araignées, la poussière et l'inconfort; ce logement est fait pour vous. L'appartement semble pourtant propre sur les photos et à l'entrée, mais en visitant, de belles surprises sont à prévoir (insertion d'image impossible). Effectivement, l'appartement est très mal entretenu (cheveux des anciens locataires dans la sdb, toiles d'araignées poussiéreuses, VMC remplie de poussière, traces d'insectes écrasés, moisissures ...). Un comble sachant que les frais de ménage sont de 66€ ! Sachez également que le WIFI est payant et que le réseau mobile ne passe pas à l'intérieur, il faudra aller sur la terrasse. Deux étoiles pour ce logement, une pour le toit sur nos têtes et une deuxième pour l'acceptation de mon acolyte à quatre pattes. Pénible séjour, même en promotion et pour seulement 3 jours. Grâce à cet appartement, la fin des vacances n'est pas désagréable. PS: Cependant, dans un logement correct, Courseulles-sur-Mer semble être une commune agréable."
