Beautiful area. Friendly staff. The rooms are not near the main facility where the restaurant is and I had to walk a bit in the dark to get back to eat. They are set up like small row/townhouses all in a line. The accommodations are set down about 6 stairs. I couldn’t find a ramp. I had to get another guest to get my heavy suitcase down the stairs due to a shoulder injury and same for when the taxi came to pick me up the next day. Definitely not accessible and I would have booked elsewhere if I had known.

We stayed at one of the new cottages that are close to the main road and you could hear traffic noise all day and night. We were told that cleaning is provided every second day but noone came to clean on the day that the room was due for cleaning. The kitchen was equipped well enough, but was missing some key things like placemats. The TV is set up as cable TV with no option to use as a smartTV. Overall, a clean place in a good location but there is room for imporvement.

Check in was very slow. While there were 2 people behind the desk only one was serving customers and the other stood wringing his hands and doing nothing. Eventually a woman appeared from the back and asked if we'd been helped. When we answered that the hadn't the hand wringer said "oh, I thought you were with her" (the woman checking in slowly). He shouldn't have assumed and should have asked us if we were with her.
