Pros - private parking - nice staffs - neat and clean - close to amenities. - price reasonable - got microwave/mini fridge/ toaster etc Cons - shower knob needs to be fixed - bit old style - if there is some plates or bowls present would have been great

Parking area a little bit hard to get out. The sliding door to the shower should have a track it was a pain to open and shut. Otherwise it was very clean

Although the staff in person were great, my experience prior to checking in was stressful. Booking through Wotif to pay at the property, only to be harassed by text, email and phone to pay prior to arrival just because there was a festival happening, was not ideal. Once sorted all went fairly smooth. However, although our room was clean and comfortable and spacious, the dishes and cutlery were left out on the bench, and in making up our room each day, we discovered that our dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced, but if they looked clean they were stacked back with the clean dishes. This means the cleaners are lazy.

A good night - room clean and comfortable. Friendly and efficient check-in. Central location in Cowra, easy to walk to restaurants and hotels. It's on the highway but no noise issues as the rooms are set well back.

There were no towels in our room and when it was shower timw at 10pm there was no access to the office. Two people in the room and there was one cup and no spoons available.

Arrived on time only to find office was not attended for ten minutes. Not happy as I was hot and tired after a very warm day but gave them some latitude and went for a drive around town for 15 minutes. Returned office still not open so rang only to be told key was left in acessable place. Would have been nice to get a SMS as they had my details. Room very small Air conditioner next to bed. Went for a shower water was cold NO hot water, Towel was smaller than a tea towel absolutely useless. Rail holding shower curtain very rusty. Very hot night so air conditioner needed all night it was very noisy so not goog for sleeping. Again NO hot water in the morning. Went to make a cuppa nothing available to stir the cup. Have stayed then before not this room but was was ok. Suspect motel has changed hands since then. New owners need a wake up call and spend some $ on making the room(s) comfortable. Looks like nothing has been done since the 70's. I would have spoken to owner but had to leave early. Will not be returning suggest there are better options available in town.

Motel is very run down and doesn’t seem to be maintained well. Well over due for a total renovation of rooms and grounds. Stayed there a few years ago and it was under different management and maybe also ownership. Did the job for a couple of nights, but if I needed to stay in Cowra again I would choose elsewhere unless it had been given a total refurbishment.As it was in walking distance to pubs and eateries to go to, so closeness to every thing on the Main Street is in it’s favour.

I booked a Pet Friendly room through Wotif but was told they had only booked a non-pet friendly room for me. At the reception I was told it would be an extra $25 on top of the fee for the room.

The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, room parking was clearly labelled, and carpet on the floor. There were some plumbing issues which management apparently weren’t aware of and were very apologetic about. All in all a pleasant stay.
