Owner offered to refund amount posted for cleaning only (cleaning deposit) for the cleaning services he performed, that was all. After three initial conversations on the cleanliness matter and uncomfortable desire to stay, as initially planned and paid in full for two nights stay. It has been two weeks now going on three (as I am sending this) from our last correspondence with homeowner, we still have NOT received the mentioned cleaning refund check in the mail.
