The property, rooms, and pool itself were clean, we’ve stayed in a few hotels the past two weeks, and the pool and hot tub here were clear. And the slide was a hit, even for the adults! It was great. Nice views even though along the highway. There were lots of people, but inside the rooms it was surprisingly quiet. We stayed in a suite, it was comfortable to have a separate bed away from our children and they also had the luxury of separate beds not a sofa couch , however it was too hot and its only May (and it was raining) The air conditioner did not seem to match the size of the suite, and the ceiling fan on the upper level didn’t work. Lower level AC was ok, not ideal for middle aged women! It was nice to have a free breakfast included, we were slightly disappointed that hot food wasn’t included considering the cost, even cheaper hotels offered more, but It wasn’t a deal breaker, but the US hotels are one up in that area.

The pool towels could of had a better location and the breakfast was very basic. I enjoyed having the river behind the hotel and the room was great.

The hotel was rated high. We booked the 3 bedroom condo. The condos had a far less. Lower rating. We didn’t know why until we got there. Apparently they are privately owned so they should not be offered by the hotel. They are unkept, dirty, and dilapidated. Do not expect house keeping unless staying more than 5 nights. Half the lights don’t work. The freezer took 4hrs, so get yourself ice from the hotel. The faucets fall off. I found a child’s sock in my bed when we arrived. The sinks fill with water. I could go on. Get a hotel room!
