Check-in was ok. Owner|front desk staff friendly but not very professional. Room is not only dated - it is poorly maintained. One of the lamp shades fell off when attempting to turn on light b/c it was so worn out. trash from other guest(s)n around furniture

The owner was not available to check us in at the proper time and we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for him to come to check us in. I had insulin that had to be kept cool and the weather was very hot. Won’t stay at the Model A again. Very disappointed.

Wrong info

The info on your app said that there was a complementary breakfast. I don't think there was as the guy wouldn't be at the front desk until 10:00 AM, that is the time that most complementary breakfasts are over. If yo wanted a coffee maker you had to ask for one.

The cleanliness of our room. We have stayed here for years passing through Cranbrook, and although there are some signs of aging, every time, except for once, the rooms have been clean, which is always a priority for us. The owner/manager, I'm not sure who he is, is always very respectful, kind and courteous.
