Déçu de mon séjour
"Très déçu de mon séjour . Client habitué de cet hôtel , j’ai pris une chambre côté nord . Nous étions au 4ème étage et avons dû prendre les escaliers (porter la valise) car l’ascenseur était en panne . Le spa n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles ! Piscine eau froide .. jacuzzi eau froide .. hammam froid ! Pire pas de machine à café dans la chambre . Habitué des hôtels dans cette station suis vraiment déçu de mon séjour et du rapport qualité/prix "
