Friendly and efficient front desk team. Room was nice overall but had to reset thermostat as there was no cool air. Then just after 7 am heard employees and guests in corridor which was quite noisy for so early on a Saturday. Breakfast was good but no staff assistance there really.

My stay at this hotel fell short of expectations. The staff were less welcoming than anticipated, and my room had a blocked view—minor given the short stay. However, I’ve noticed a pattern when booking through Expedia: I’m often placed in rooms without windows, natural light, or even basic amenities like a bathroom. Additionally, the Expedia rate was higher than booking directly with the hotel.

Nice stay at Radisson RED. The staff is very helpful and friendly, which made my stay that much more enjoyable. I liked that they have a restaurant right in the hotel. The food was pretty good. I like the moody, modern decor. It was clean. The elevator was a bit slow, but not a problem because the stairs are not bad to take. Our room was a nice size and had all the things we need. I will say that our particular room the shower drained a bit slow, so we were worried it would start flooding, but thankfully it did not. We simply removed the drain cover and ran the shower at mid-pressure instead full pressure. It was not a problem, but a bit inconvenient. I'm sure they would have moved us to another room if we asked, but we were only there for 2 nights. They conveniently have a shuttle (paid about 5 EU) to take us to the airport where we could catch the train to London and other places. I would recommend staying here!
