Just 9 km from Barbotan-les-Thermes and its leisure center with swimming pool, this is the perfect place to unwind amid nature, heritage, and the gentle pace of life.
Set in the wing of a former manor house, the 130 m² property is entirely for your use. While adjoining our home, it has a private entrance and exclusive spaces, ensuring peace and privacy throughout your stay.
Enjoy the spacious rooms and warm atmosphere: a large kitchen opening onto a lovely 120 m² courtyard for shaded meals, a comfortable dining room and lounge, and three bedrooms.
Outside, a vast 2,500 m² tree-filled garden reserved for you lets you fully enjoy the tranquil Landes countryside.
The house includes:
- an 18 m² equipped kitchen opening onto the courtyard
- a lounge with TV and library
- a dining room
- a 12 m² bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) on the ground floor
- a 15 m² bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) upstairs, courtyard side
- a 14 m² bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) upstairs, garden side
- a bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, and bidet
- a separate WC
- a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and wardrobe
A small 8 m² room between the kitchen and garden access is set up with a desk, ideal for reading, remote work, or planning trips.
For your comfort: bed linen and towels provided, cleaning included, one pet allowed upon prior approval.
