Welcome to your ideal holiday accommodation for a relaxed break near the beach! This charming apartment with around 65 m² of living space offers sufficient room for up to 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet house in the midst of an idyllic residential area – perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking relaxation.
The apartment convinces with a well-thought-out room layout featuring a separate bedroom, a bright living and dining area, and a modern bathroom. Enjoy mild evenings on two private balconies - one with direct access to the garden/courtyard through the dining room, the other accessible via the hallway. Both balconies are covered and equipped with a table and chairs.
The equipment includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine in the apartment, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle, and 2-plate electric stove. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are of course provided.
A private parking space directly at the house is available to you free of charge.
A small pet can be brought along after prior consultation. A daily surcharge will be incurred (as of 2025: 10 €/day), which must be paid in cash on site.

Stivan da sogno
Alloggio molto comodo, la pace di Stivan, la location molto centrale sull'isola di Cres che permette di girare tutte le spiagge in meno di un oretta, il porto di MARTISCICA ed i ristoranti molto buoni.
