Awesome property and Elders were excellent for checking in. The only thing I could comment on in a negative way is there is some issue with the hot water. Location can't get much better and the space for individual adults was outstanding. Walking to everything and to the point with surfboard.

Great big house

Fabulous position and big enough to sleep 12 of us. Clean. and it had enough chairs and table, plates etc for 12. Which was great. The couple that got down stairs but one child on the floor on a camping mattress and the other on the lounge down stairs and they had the queen bed. They said it was very noisy and they could hear everything and people walking above they're heads. So maybe kids down there that are sound sleepers or do not go to bed early. We loved the house. Fabulous. A small flat back garden. Maybe a new peg basket is needed and there where a lot of large ants as a Couple of the kids got bitten. But not a big deal. We would rent it again.
