Summer fun in Crested Butte

The property was well taken care of. Everything was clean and vary nice insider and outside. It's close to town but better yet close to where were hiding.

Not worth staying here in the summertime. No air conditioning. I paid for two nights and left after the first night. It was so hot at night that I couldn’t sleep, and it wasn’t fair to my dog either. Also, there is no reason for the hotel to charge a daily resort fee. Pool is basic and just ok.

Pretty average for a high cost

Not a great value for the cost - no breakfast included, resort fees were annoying, carpet in the room was torn up, pool area very crowded. Check in process was slow.

The rooms were a real nice and clean and good for the money. Couple things didn't care for. Was the advertised the restaurant being open and it was closed all together plus the directions to the hotel or not right from Google maps? Anyway, the address was wrong so we had to roam around a bit to find where the hotel was. Other than that everything was fine.

The website said there is breakfast available onsite and there was nothing onsite at all. Everything was closed. We made our decision to stay there based on what we thought was available on site. Our tub didn’t drain and we asked them to fix it but it didn’t get fixed. We didn’t know where to check in. We expected a hotel experience and it was just weird not having a check in desk or anything.

We were called and told we got booked for another hotel in the areas because they are doing renovations. We actually called and tried to cancel due to illness. They still didn't give us a refund. I'm not sure what that's all about. Even if you have a certain cancellation policy… I also purchased the travel insurance…. and we wouldn't have got to stay there anyway. Very disappointed.

The room was beautiful and had puzzles for kids. There was a beautiful balcony with a view and our kids loved the pool! The whole place was enormous, luxurious, and the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
