Great stay, this place was wonderful for our family of 5. Location for skiing is just amazing, very short walk to the lifts. Only issue we had was the hot tub was locked the last 2 nights of our stay without explanation.
Condo was a great value. Everything you need. Small place but perfect for us. Was concerned about the stairs going up after reading comments but really itâs only two stories up, no big deal at all. 200â walk to the base lifts. Not much to complain about.
We had a great time. Lots and lots of snow. Very close to lifts. ONLY negative which we knew in advance is condo is on 4th floor and itâs A LOT of stairs. A bit tough with suitcases but we knew. Management was quick to reply and really nice condo
Unfiltered review and geared for somebody like me who wants a quick honest review. Pretty much canât get closer to the lift than this unit at Crested Butte. However, itâs a lot of steps up to the unit and then itâs three more floors inside the unit since, narrow unit by design. They donât let you use the ski locker on the ground floor. This is definitely not a place for you if youâre accustomed to updated units or amenities.
Unfortunately for us, the complex had a power outage for about 10 hours and property management company wasnât answering phones. Nor did they attempt to reach out to me for updates, apology, or well check
The location of this condo is great!! Right by the slopes, close to the buss stop, and beautiful views. My only negative I have on this location is the amount of stairs you have to climb. Just make sure youâre in shape, pack light, and kids are old enough to carry their own stuff. With all that said we truly enjoyed our stay at this nice little condo.
This unit is extremely close to the chairlifts and closer to skiing than the posted pictures appear. Itâs three stories and the master bedroom is a loft on the second floor open to the main living room. There is no closet but they have a dresser available for clothes. The top floor has a bunkbed with a double bottom and single top which is closed off from the main floor allowing more privacy. The top bedroom has hanging space for clothes. You can easily watch skiing from any of the floors with nice, big windows. This unit is three stories up so pack accordingly. My only complaint was the main floor was chilly. I was there when the highest temp outside was 11 degrees. I commented to management when I left that it was chilly and I was told they have space heaters available that they can bring by. Unfortunately the restaurants at the base are really limited so driving the short distance to town was required. Parking is very limited. We had to leave one car in town at a free parking spot which really wasnât a big deal. There is free parking extremely close to the free shuttle.
This is a great condo with a perfect location for skiing!
My only complaint would be that it is on the 3rd floor of the building and the place is 3 floors tall. After a long day of skiing with sore legs the final push to bed was difficult.
