Hotel was decent. Staff was very friendl and super easy check in. Limited parking. Rooms were clean but small. Towels provided were also on the small size, takes 2 for an adult to dry and off and wrap up and were only provided 3 with 3 people staying in the room. We didn’t pack soap/ shampoo thinking toiletries would be provided. Had to run to Walmart down the street to purchase stuff to shower. Pool was small but clean but no towels available w out going into the lobby to request after the fact. Rented a king suite with a fold out sofa bed. No linens or pillow provided and the couch was very dirty and stained. There are wooden blinds with decorative curtains that don’t extend to close. The building’s outside lighting is great for safety but streamed thru the blinds making it impossible to sleep.. We gave up trying to sleep and left at 4am. Ok place to stay if you’re looking for a quick stop to sleep otherwise would not recommend. Will pay the extra to stay somewhere else next time.

Im glad I chose this property. The room is nice and clean,pool is nice, parking is convenient and close, front desk was very welcoming for once checking in was actually eazy pricing was excellent and Im not sure her name but whoever checked me in around 5:30 6:00pm on 07/9/2025 thank you for being a wonderful human being you definitely should be recognized for your absolutely amazing costumer service. Disappointed

Unfortunately we were disappointed after reading fairly good reviews. Lobby and pool area were nice but room smelled awful and had stains and hair all over the comforter. Bathroom was dirty and beds uncomfortable. We should have asked for a different room but had just drove 12 hours and had already unloaded everything. Breakfast was bread, cereal and waffle maker…that’s it. Convenient location to the Destin airport but overpriced for what it was.

Leak in ceiling over bed room 214

The first night we booked on hotels.com was horrible ! We had room that had patch work on ceiling right over one bed but thought nothing about it. Our friends had that bed and middle of the night right in middle of bed a leak happened leaving them sleeping in a wet puddle with white stuff from ceiling. We needed to stay another night and so they gave us different room for second room and supposedly gave us a discount but the room cost almost exact same as first night! Felt they could have accommodated better for the poor first night but they didn’t ! They were quick about second room luckily.

The sheets and towels had stains on them, but by the time we got into the room(we had some things to take care of before going to the room which took longer than 15 minutes) we weren't qble to change rooms. They did reach out to us prior to arrival, due to road construction, to give us good directions to get there.

Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious. Floors needed cleaning, but the housekeeping came in and cleaned it right away. Nice stay. Will stay again. Good area… entrance & exit is a little rough, but not the hotels fault. Wendy’s is in the same parking lot. Food not too far. Walmart is right across the interstate. No problems. 👍

The hotel is extremely outdated and in a poor shape. Water stains on the walls and ceiling, the sofa in my room was very old, dirty and disgusting. Same about the bed comforter. Towels and bed sheets are old as well and definitely not white anymore. The breakfast is very minimal - just cereal, toasts and waffles. It looks like the management is trying to keep the place clean though. Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in.
