Saorsa has two bedrooms, a double with an en-suite cloakroom and a single, along with a shower room, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric flame-effect fire. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and washer/dryer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a wrap-around decking with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, a pub and Loch Earn within 0.7 miles. Note: There are steps up to the lodge. Saorsa is an idyllic escape with stunning views in a superb area of Scotland. Please Note: As the property is located within a park, there may occasionally be some ambient noise from surrounding properties. The neighbouring lodge has a hot tub, and while most guests don’t notice it, there can be a slight sound when the hot tub starts up. Wi-Fi connectivity may occasionally be intermittent To support consistent access, Wi-Fi boosters are provided, and a backup dongle is also available

St Fillans is a charming lakeside conservation village resting at the eastern end of Loch Earn, between Ardtrostan and Comrie. The village is well-known for its superb location just within the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and offers a small selection of attractions including, Active Skydiving, canoeing and boating on the loch, the St Fillans Monster and the St Fillans Golf Club. Dining options include Achray House Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel, while you can stock up on essentials at the village shop and cafe.
