Upon reaching the house, you’ll be welcomed by a private terrace and lounge area with a stunning sea view. This 120-year-old stone house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. There’s also a cozy couch that can be used as an additional bed for a fifth guest.

Upstairs, there are two master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. Both rooms offer mesmerizing views of the sea.

The house is located just 50 meters from the water, with steps below that lead you to the sea in just two minutes. A private parking spot is included, and all major attractions in Jadranovo are within walking distance, as the house is situated in the town center—right next to the church.

Guests can enjoy private access to the property, with the path illuminated by lights for convenience and safety. There is a spacious terrace and lounge area, as well as a designated space for sunbeds. The entire yard and the whole house are exclusively available for guests to enjoy.
