It was family friendly and we are just a retired couple. I was woken up early when kids were shooting baskets outside my room. Other than that, it was clean and had sufficient supplies. Beds were comfortable. The price was excellent.
The a/c unit was etremely loud. EXTREMELY loud. Also, the place smelled a bit musty, and there was a foul sewer smell in the master bathroom when the toilet was flushed in the second bathroom. I should have called and reported these issues. The linens were nice, and the bed very comfortable.
The 2-bedroom unit was very well maintained and clean. We had a few neighborhoods but you couldn't hear them when in the unit. This was a beautiful place to stay and if you're a golfer, you will be in the golf capitol of Tennessee. The unit is part of a timeshare resort, which the property manager indicated prior to our arrival. When we were ask at check-in if we booked with the owner or online, I did as the property manager advised and said I knew the owner. They provided us with the timeframes if we were interested in potential timeshare opportunities but were not pushy about it.
I rented the property for a family weekend. The condo was well kept and appointed. The kitchen was supplied with ample cookware and a dishwasher to keep up with cooking and feeding the crew. Thereâs also in-unit laundry so, I didnât have to do that when I got home.
The resort pool was nice for a quick swim to tire everyone out. The decks were beautiful for coffee and quiet moments.
