Located 5 minutes from Crozon and Camaret, this beautiful house of the 18th century completely renovated (2019) with taste is ideal to accommodate a family and spend holidays at the water's edge.
The house is spacious, pleasant living with a nice view of the garden, quiet
The rooms upstairs have a small sea view.
The house is located in Kerifloch, small hamlet of Saint Fiacre in the town of Crozon 400 m from the beach for fishing on foot and 3 km from the beautiful beach of Trez rouz.
It consists of 1 bedroom on the ground floor (1 double bed L160), 2 other bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed L160 and 1 double bed L140) and a landing room with a single bed.
On the ground floor, the house has a lounge with armchair, sofa, TV, internet and a beautiful fireplace.
A terrace served by the fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat while enjoying the garden.
2 toilets are available (ground floor + 1st floor)
Its walled garden can welcome our dogs friends.
The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in summer, from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
We accept course stays (3 days minimum) out of season.
Possibility to rent towels and sheets.
The charges for water, electricity, household waste taxes, wifi, cleaning will be requested at the end of the stay, the rent being given excluding charges on the site.

In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced:

Compulsory exit cleaning: 70 Euros
