Parking was assigned. It worked. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was adequate. No spices oil etc but a basics for what’s needed. Was decorated nicely. Very roomy. Hot water did t work the first day then lukewarm after being fixed. In warm weather probably wouldn’t be a huge deal.

We had a wonderful stay at King’s Bay Lodge. The property is so pretty and peaceful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. We truly loved it. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even better. It was a relaxing experience from start to finish, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at King’s Bay Lodge. It is a real “Old Florida” style motel with beautiful views of King’s Bay. The rooms and grounds are neat and clean and every staff member was nice and efficient. It is close to good restaurants and interesting attractions. You can bicycle around the area, take pleasant walks in the peaceful neighborhood or explore the area in a kayak. We do recommend King’s Bay Lodge.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Also, the location is amazing. The restaurants are in walking distace and the dock is easy place to put in kayaks. From the lodge there is access to the 3 Sisters Spring. We put kayaks in and paddled to 3 Sisters in under an hour. The walk to 3 Sisters Park is also less than 30min. The swimming pool is amazing!

I cannot say enough about this gem of a place. It is Old Florida at its best. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are clean. The grounds are tidy with seating to sit and enjoy looking at the bay. They have the spring fed pool that is fun to swim in. We bring our kayak and can tie to the docks. It is so relaxing. The restaurants and shopping are just a short walk. There are many walking/biking paths and you can even walk/bike to the Three Sisters Wildlife Refuge from the lodge. If you are looking for a family friendly place to just relax, enjoy the water, and seeing wildlife, this would be a perfect place.

This property reminded me more of an air bnb style rental with a small full kitchen and all the amenities needed. Very quaint and quiet. Plenty of clothing storage if you plan on staying longer. My only suggestion would be hooks inside the shower for washcloths/bathing suits but also on the walls for hanging towels. We ended up using the hangers from the closet and hanging in the shower. The covered docking area was a little tricky to navigate and our boat got scuffed a little bit with the tides but nothing major. Well worth the money and convenience of local dining, shopping and night life, and to be able to include the boat on our staycation getaway. The ramp is down the road and can pay to park trailer in the property behind the hotel.

Kings Bay Lodge was perfect. It was going back in time. Clean, safe easy parking. Staff was polite attentive. Highly recommend King’s Bay Lodge when visiting Crystal River yes we will be back..
