There is a 20' boat dock to tie your boat up to as well and a fish cleaning station for your catch of the day! There are 3 kayaks on the property for you to enjoy all the beautiful canals and bay. The world famous Three Sisters Springs just few minutes by boat or kayak! Watch the local manatees swim and play in your own backyard. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood! Ride to the local bars/ restaurants, shops and festivals like the Stone Crab Jam!
Enjoy the tranquility of your private oasis with a private pool and hot tub just steps away from your back door. Enjoy the beautiful summer evening by the fire pit.
