The studio is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2017 and is practically furnished. The property is on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view of the mountains from the property. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. Garden shared with HB.

Csopak. The studio is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
