There’s a good chance you’ll see monkeys in the neighboring trees along with other wildlife, including a wide range of birds. Great central location to explore the Northern Pacific Coast areas of Guanacaste and the Nicoya Peninsula. Condo has lots of newer upgrades including a couple AC units, TV, refrigerator, washer and dryer, stove, bedding, drapes, blinds and newer ceiling fans in bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
