This property is named "The Milk Barn", which speaks to the unique style of the home. We stayed in June 2024 while attending The Homestead Festival in Columbia, TN. The setting was quiet, pretty, and felt safe. The home was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, with a nice amount of dishes, silverware, and cookware in the kitchen. There are stairs to get to the living room, bathroom, and bedroom, but they were sturdy and wrapped in a kind of non slip material. My husband has back issues and didnt have difficulty going up and down. There are also outdoor stairs that lead to the top story which were handy. This is an older home, but very cozy. The bed was very comfortable and we got great sleep during our stay. The washer and dryer amd refrigerator are new/newer appliances. The laundry room has a nice folding area. Ice was stocked in the freezer. We had an issue with the hot water and contacted the property manager. In a very short time a repairman was there (also super friendly) amd installed a new element. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Columbia or Culleoka. We brought our two small kids who had sleeping bags. We all stayed comfortably. Nice sized tv with lots of options also. Hope to be back!
