Para ser um quarto de nível superior, faltou uma cafeteira, chaleira elétrica, copos de vidro e não descartáveis, xícaras. As toalhas que recebemos no primeiro dia estavam péssimas, sem condições de uso. A tv ficava desligando sozinha, tinha vida própria. E a internet é muito ruim, nós viajamos trabalhando e ter uma internet de qualidade é item básico para um hotel.

The room, facilities and breakfast were good. However, we had an incident with the receptionist (Omar - night receptionist) that completely ruined our stay. When we arrived Omar was checking us in, he asked for our documents and when he was inputting my mums details and apparently the system would not accept her document details. He couldn’t say why and would not offer a solution. Luckily, my cousin knew the area manager for all southern hotels, who we called and she was able to talk to him. All that time he was rude, condescending and basically said that this was our fault and that we had to find a solution. If we did not have the contact of his superior we would not be able to stay and he told us he would not give us a refund, because we could use the room, just my mum wouldn’t be able to stay. As if I would stay there without my mum. Anyway, room, everything was good but would NOT stay again or recommend because of this staff member.

Os funcionários foram ótimos. Minhas observações vão apenas para a gerência: por várias vezes somente um funcionário na recepção. Isso me levou a esperar uns 20 minutos ou mais pra fazer o check-in, que eu havia feito antes, on-line. No fim, levei quase meia hora esperando um casal (que não tinha feito o check-in on-line) pra ficar literalmente 30 segundos com o rapaz somente pra pegar a chave com ele. Também, ficamos somente com um elevador no dia 06.06 praticamente inteiro. Por sinal, elevadores são o gargalo de boa parte dos hotéis brasileiros.
