In a small village very quiet and with a very clear view, nearby river. 20 km from Autun in the town of Cussy en Morvan. at the limit of the Nièvre and the Saône et Loire.

Numerous hiking and mountain biking, swimming lakes and swimming pool a few kilometers away. Shops are less than 3 km away. Total change of scenery guaranteed in a green setting and surrounded by the Morvan mountains.

An interesting house and location. But the standard was not what we expected: the fridge was not working properly and the house needed to be cleaner.

Très bon séjour en déconnexion totale

Gîte conforme à la description. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et cela nous a permis de découvrir une région magnifique ! Communication très facile avec Edouard et Céline. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil ! Petite précision : Le gîte ne possède aucun réseau Internet (wifi ou autre) et, pour notre part, aucun réseau téléphonique n'était accessible. Je me permets de le noter car je ne l'avais pas compris dans l'annonce et quand on voyage avec des ados, la déconnexion totale, c'est top, mais ce n'est pas toujours évident. 😅

Le Morvan est une magnifique région. Déçue de l intérieur de l hébergement. Chambre double très humide. Nous avons récupéré des assiettes sales . Le four avait des toiles d araignée. Manque d ampoule dans les petites chambres . Pas de condiments comme annoncer . Barbecue sans poignées ni ustensiles c est dommage car l endroit est sympa

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce gîte du 31 décembre au 3 janvier ; il était très bien pour ce qu'on recherchait à savoir passer ce WE en famille.

magnifique région et gite correcte

Le gite est bien équipé et disposé, même si la chambre à coucher fait deux fois la taille du salon. Le carrelage est dans un mauvais état. Les dalles font du bruit et bougent sous les pieds. Terrasse agréable mais table et chaises en mauvais état. Mais, Le Morvan nous a séduit et c'est vraiment dépaysant.

Jolie maison, très bien équipée. Spacieuse avec son jolie jardin dans un beau petit village calme. Bien située au coeur du parc régional du morvan proche des lacs de baignade. Avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil à notre arrivée fut chaleureux et fort sympathique.

Parfait pour quelques jours

La maison est idéalement située, super calme et petit village très charmant. Bon contact avec le propriétaire et Céline nous a parfaitement accueillies. Dans son ensemble, la maison est agréable, il y a tout le nécessaire à disposition. Déception au niveau de la chambre des enfants qui est très humide...

Vacances au coeur du morvan

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette location très agréable notamment par forte chaleur. La maison reste très fraîche. A titre d'amélioration un frigo plus grand et un bon coup de karcher sur la terrasse seraient bienvenus. Mais il s'agit de détails au regard de la propriété et du très bon moment passé.

Même si elle ne paie pas de mine à l'extérieur, l'intérieur - cuisine , salle de bain - est bien fonctionnel . Très calme dans ce petit hameau du Morvan propice aux randonnées 30km à la ronde.

Le Morvan en hiver sous le soleil, que du bonheur.

Après les heures de randonnée quotidienne dans ce superbe Morvan, entre ruisseaux, forêts, lacs et blocs de granit, rentrer chaque fin de journée dans ce gite confortable, calme,spacieux, bien chauffé et très correctement équipé fut un réel plaisir ! Cinq jours de bonheur. Merci à Céline pour son accueil.

Calme et dépaysement

Idéal pour celles et ceux qui recherchent un endroit calme et paisible à proximité de la nature et d'endroits à visiter. M. Merlot est un propriétaire charmant et arrangeant toujours disponible et réactif aux messages et aux questions. Le bien est fonctionnel et suffisant pour une famille avec enfants (4 personnes en ce qui nous concerne) + notre chien (malinois de 3 ans ) qui a pu jouir du grand jardin ainsi que de la forêt et son ruisseau à proximité (5 mins à pieds). Merci à Céline pour l'accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

location sale, avec beaucoup de toiles d'araignées, propriétaire peu scrupuleux

un point pour la cuisine bien équipée malgré l'absence de lave vaisselle en panne ( mais cela peut arriver). Pour le reste, le ménage laisse beaucoup à désirer, une chambre est humide avec la tapisserie et les prises pleines de moisissures. il y a des toiles d'araignées un peu partout, wc, tables de chevet, cheminée de la chambre...et la cerise sur le gâteau c'est le refus de remboursement des frais de ménage car avant de rendre la maison nous avons fait le ménage oubliant que nous avions payé pour qu'il soit fait après notre départ.Le propriétaire très joignable avant la location et flatteur sur sa maison, ne nous répond plus au téléphone pour le remboursement. Evidemment nous déconseillons fortement cette location et restons sur notre fin quant à la malhonnêteté du propriétaire.

La maison est conforme à l'annonce. Tout ce dont on a besoin est là. Vive la déconnexion ! cela fait du bien ! Alentours très beaux et très calmes. Juste une suggestion : couper le lilas + buisson pour qu'on ait une vue sur les collines depuis le jardin... (Mais c'est juste pour critiquer un peu...). Merci !

Maison située dans un joli site avec le confort adéquat aux besoins hebdomadaires. Terrasse avec verrière et jardinet isolée du voisinage par des haies fortement appréciable surtout lors de cette semaine ensoleillée. Je recommande cette location aux prochains vacanciers.
