The shower drain didn’t work. I told the hotel and nothing was done. Water was everywhere. No fan in the bathroom so they made it so the window could not close

Overall it was a good place to stay for that price. I think the building is a bit older and there were times when the hallway lights were so dim. Servce was great ans breakfast was excellent. 5 min walk to the beach.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. They had a good breakfast with great customer service from the ladies working at the restaurant every morning. The pool has an amazing view and the place is kept very clean. It is only two minute walk from the beach and there are so many activities to do in the area. I rented a motorbike which made it very convenient to go visit Hoi An, Ba na Hills and marble mountains.

I had an amazing experience at the Sea Phoenix Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, offering stunning ocean views perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend Sea Phoenix Hotel and I will definitely be returning.
