This 90 m² single-storey cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a TV lounge, two adjoining bedrooms equipped with a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with WC included. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Roger Lapébie cycle path which crosses the Entre-deux-mers (We offer two bicycles with a child seat on request). Possibility of discovering the work of the vineyard on request. Sheets, table linen and heating are included in the price. Electricity consumption is included up to 8kwh/day. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of the stay at an additional cost. Oil-fired central heating. Tourist tax at an additional cost. Très beau gîte, au calme au milieu des vignes, très propre, très bien situé il y en a pour tout les goût, nous avons fait arcachon, verdon pour une balade en bateaux, castalmoron d'albret le plus petit village de la gironde saint Émilion bergerac et plein d'autres petits villages très sympathiques et les propriétaires très gentils à l'écoute et de bon conseil pour les balades . N'hésitez pas vous ne regretterez pas
