Long story short after we returned to our room after the ATeez Concert it was 12/1 am. We were showering getting into bed when my niece noticed the pillows she was laying on had diarrhea looking stuff all over it. The part that upset me the most was when we contacted the front desk they tried to just change the pillows. NO you should offer to change ALL the LINENS on the bed. But by now I’m ready to get a refund and leave. Instead they offered complimentary “water/chocolate”…then upgraded our room to a suite and gave us a later check out time because all of this didn’t get settled until about 3 am. The staff was great, the hotel is beautiful and there was so much to do located around it. If it wasn’t for the dirty pillows I’d definitely have given them a 100/10 for a review. But the pillow situation really :( ruined my trip. I was just ready to go…I slept in my clothes on top of the cover and was just not feeling it after that.

Stayed here while seeing a concert at Globe Life and we loved the hotel. Nice place, friendly staff. Great vibe. We loved it and would stay again. Something to take into consideration is the walls seemed thin unless our neighbor was just really really loud. Also, because the rooms are loft style the bathroom door does not shut all the way. Stays open about 1 inch. We asked the staff about it and they said all rooms were like that.

The sheets were marked with what looked like dirt. They seemed clean, just stained. And they're was hair on my bed. Which i just brushed away. I'm not the kind to make a big deal out of that. Other than that it was a great stay.
