The Space:
To comply with legal and community rules, guests must verify ID with a government-issued photo, confirm contact info, and may be subject to a background check. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and denied entry.

Just a heads up: all guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that covers the rules for the stay. By booking, you’re agreeing to the following:
- You agree to follow our rental terms and conditions.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card will be required before check-in.
- A background check may be needed if required by the property management or building rules.
- A refundable security deposit of $250 is required before check-in.

Minimum booking age: 22+ for visitors, 25+ for locals.
No drugs or weapons—violations will be reported.

Noise must be kept low at all times. Quiet hours: 9PM–8AM.
Pets are not allowed.

Dallas may have pests due to climate. We do regular treatments and respond quickly to issues.

Mail and package access is not available.
Shared amenities (pool, gym, etc.) may close without notice for maintenance.

Starter items (soap, toilet paper, etc.) are provided. Guests may need to restock for longer stays.

The Neighborhood:
Irving provides great connectivity to highways 635, 114, 161, and 183—making travel around Dallas simple. Visit the Irving Arts Center, local parks, and the Mustangs of Las Colinas Museum. Walk along Mandalay Canal, browse Shops at MacArthur Hills, and grab essentials from Tom Thumb, Fiesta Mart, or Whole Foods. Dine from casual In-N-Out to upscale at The Ranch at Las Colinas. Golfers can check out Hackberry Creek Country Club nearby.

Getting Around:
Driving is the easiest way to get around Dallas and nearby areas, but rideshare services are also available if you’d rather not bring or rent a car. Whatever your plans, getting around here is simple.
