Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was super kind. We ran into an issue with our car during the stay and the clerk at the front desk was happy to help us with Ubers to get around until our tow truck was able to get us home.

The elevators were not operating and we had a person in our party who has health concerns that made it difficult for her to get up to the 3rd floor by stairs. I had to be the one to ask if a lower level room was avaliable and none were. No compensation was offered. Also the photos were not true to reality. The photos are much nicer than the actual location. Lots of construction and tail spin to access hotel.

It could have been better.

I stayed on the first floor, it was terrible idea, the clorine smell from the pool reached our room. The toilet was clogged we had let the staff know. The breakfast was not complimentary and that was a let down. We checked out early, there was a group of younger people still being loud and obnoxious. It looked like they were drunk.

The hotel room was HOT, the AC was on all day and only cooled off about 2 degrees. The room smelled like dirty feet. The floor was disgusting. And the pull out mattress was stained and discolored. Will not stay here again. It’s as if they don’t have a house keeping staff.
