The place was terrible. I remember that I arrived and I stayed there once before, but since I was tired I stayed the night. It's a hideous lowdown rundown drug addicted place

This property is not safe. The deadbolt lock to the door was loose as if it had been kicked in at some point so the door never fully closed. Roaches were seen in the bathroom. Could not get a refund for checking out early.

Sketchy area, didn’t stay.

The area was not safe and it was intimidating. I did not even stay the night. Won’t be back here again. Terrible, didn't even feel safe in the parking lot.

When I first got there the first room was nasty and dirty I get the second room and goes in the second room I thought I've been there a couple hours you got roaches call them across the bed the shower curtain had mold and mildew it was dead roaches or somebody had them killed them on the ceiling

The place is filled with drug dealers and people offering sex work in the hall way and rooms. The staff is unprepared and unhelpful. There’s is mold in the restrooms and nothing works

Front desk chaos

The room itself wasn’t bad, what was bad was the service. The overnight person was just the rudest person I’ve ever encountered my whole life. I just don’t understand how they can be so rude to the guest. At the end of the day we (the paying guest) are basically who pay them. They should really retrain there staff.

You pay for what you get.

Very run down & dated. No luggage carts. Uneven walkway. Hard to maneuver suitcases. Very noisy & small lobby. Extremely hard to hear desk clerk. Required $20 deposit cash or card. No information on if it's refundable. Burn holes in sheets. No blanket on bed.
