We love this hotel chain. We always appreciate the room set up so the bedroom is towards the back. I didn’t hear any of the courtyard sounds. The hotel is in great condition, very clean and in a good area. There is a fee for parking, but that is becoming the norm. My omelet was the best, and I got there before a line was started. Lots of restaurants in that area. We ate at North Italia at the Galleria. It is very good, but pricey.

Rooms nice, big tv's, lively bar, clean, great hoy water and pressure. Heated indoor pool fun. Breakfast ok, no waffles. Reasonable price, with parking 22.50. I'd go back for sure!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this hotel and as a single parent , the staff made my experience so much easier. All of them were pleasant, transparent, and kind! The pool/hot tub was definitely a hot commodity but regardless of how jam packed it was, the staff made sure it was clean and restocked every morning. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the staff working the breakfast was attentive, kept the area clean, and checked in on each guest. Fantastic service all around! Of course the COMPLIMENTARY happy hour was a hit as well. The bartender Cynthia was fast, efficient and the drinks were delicious! The only issue I had was with the parking policy which I believe will eventually iron itself out. New renovations, rooms look awesome! Great job embassy!
