Access to the property is strange and the area is kind of sketchy. The hotel its self was clean and very nice. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to the state fair.

The staff was great. But the sheets were stained. And the mattress pad had a pee stain. The room was big. And the Tvs good. The toilet had trouble flushing.

Great place to stay. No concerns, except toenail clippings on carpet were note. But other than that it was a very clean and quiet room. Staff was very pleasant and breakfast bar was very well maintained with lots of variety.

Fabulous Stay!

I had an amazing stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas East! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well-kept, which made it super comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming-which made the experience enjoyable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to plenty of things to do in the area. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas!
