Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom 2 bathroom, single story home with King suite! Just a short walk to Main Street Frisco! Enjoy the convenience of a washer, dryer, and garage. Relax on the patio or in the spacious backyard. Perfect for families, business travelers, or anyone looking to explore the vibrant Main Street area with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Book your stay today and experience the best of Frisco!
- No Smoking (cigarettes, no vaping, and no illicit substance use is permitted on the property, including the patio, front porch, garage & driveway) $1000 fine with smoke scent or remnants

- Strict no party policy ($500 fine)

- No pets allowed in the property or outside at anytime unless pre-approved by host. ($500 fine)

PARKING: Upon check-in, park in the front of the home. Use Smart Lock to get inside. The two-car garage is accessible via the alley way around back. DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS. This will damage our sprinkler system. Please ensure vehicles are parked in the driveway, garage or street. There is a 4 car maximum. Please no more than one car out front.

VISITOR POLICY: The maximum amount of guests at any time is 6 unless pre-approved. All non-guests (visitors of guest) must be pre-approved prior to visiting inside or outside the home at any time.

Please do not take any furniture or decorative items from the home outside. Please do not move furniture from their designated rooms (mattresses, chairs etc).

The booking was an example of an ideal short term rental. The house was clean, 5mins from away from Toyota Stadium (and all the The Frisco Main Street eateries) and property managers were communicative and responsive!!! Easily a 5 star stay!!!

Family trip to watch the Cowboys play on Thanksgiving
