We had a fantastic experience throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was simple and contactless, which made it super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and the pool was crystal clear. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood, outdoor seating area and the upstairs pool table. It really felt like a home away from home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had promptly, and it made our stay easy and enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of pool time, this is the perfect place. The pool and hot tub were a hit, and the sauna was a great bonus for winding down. The home is very family-friendly — spacious, clean, and comfortable, with TVs in every room and a pool table that kept everyone entertained. The beds were super comfy too! We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend! The host answered every question I had promptly.

Stay Away – Misleading Listing and Terrible Experience

This property looked great in photos but was a huge letdown in person. When we arrived, it felt like one of those places where you don't want to touch anything — trash, old food, and drinks left out, a broken fan making a grinding noise, and a door literally falling off its hinges. Overall, it was dirty and felt neglected. The kitchen was laughable, despite being listed as “fully equipped.” A few dishes and an empty salt/pepper shaker.The hot tub barely warmed up. The lawn crew showed up super early without warning, and they were in the backyard walking all around where my kids were. Just overall unsettling. The final straw was a large piece of siding crashing down from the house.We left early and were initially told we’d get a refund for the unused nights — then the management company changed their mind after we left. VRBO couldn’t enforce it, even though they agreed to it on VRBO's recorded line.Overall, this felt like a bait-and-switch. Poor condition and no customer service. Should have read the reviews - other people have had this same problem. The management company accidentally texted me later, clearly responding to another property and their complaints. Avoid this property — and anything else they manage.

Great trip!

We took a short "staycation" to enjoy the large house so everyone could have their own rooms. The beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud in the master. The hot tub and sauna were thoroughly enjoyed because the weather didn't cooperate with swimming in the pool. It was a perfect place to bring our dog because the yard was fully enclosed. The only thing I wish was different is that there were basic condiments like salt and pepper and that there was coffee. We would've brought our own but didn't think of it because at most VRBO 's we've stayed at they have it. Other than that, it was great!

Great house for families

Highly recommend this house if you need multiple rooms for a bigger family. Perfect place for all of us to spread out and have our own space but the common areas were also great for movie night and family meals. We will stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Family weekend away

We went to Dallas area for a long weekend and to attend cowboys last home game. Was a great location with lots to do around the area! Couldn’t have been more pleased! Would love to come back and stay again during the summer! Very pleased with the communication from owner as well! Definitely recommend!

Family fun

We booked this with intention of not leaving during our stay, my daughter loves to swim and we don’t have a pool. The pool was the highlight of the vacation and it did not dissapoint! It’s a really big pool that was clean and made for fun with the family. The weather was so nice, even with it being July, that we got in and out of the hot tub all throuout the day as well. If you’re goal in booking this spot is to spend all/most of your time outside in the pool you will not be dissapointed. There is a tv outside with a table that we sat at for many of our meals. It really was everything we planned for it to be for a family getaway full of outdoor amenities to keep us occupied and comfortable. The inside of the house is nice as well. Doesn’t exactly look like the pictures but still nice. The master bedroom is huge, bed is comfy and the master bathroom is very nice. The shower is so big my whole family of 4 could fit in it. Kitchen is nice and there is a smart tv in every room, which is nice with two littles. The only thing I have negative to say is that they need to hire a new house keeping company. The floors seem like they haven’t been mopped in months, all of our feet were black after walking around bare foot for just a short time. Counter tops had caked on stuff all over them, bathroom had hair on the floors that were not ours and both sides of the bed in the master the floors were sticky. Other than the lack of cleanliness we enjoyed it very much and would rebook.

Texas vacation

When we arrived for check in at 4 the housekeeper was still there and said 5 more minutes. After half an hour and her still being there, I reached out to the management and they told me she needed 10 more minutes to finish laundry. She was there for an hour. She locked us out of the house while she was there and wasn’t the best welcoming we could have had after traveling 10+ hours. The house overall was nice.
