Me & My Wife truly enjoyed our stay! What stood out the most was how clean and well-maintained the room was—it was spotless and very comfortable. The first room they tried to give us clearly had been tampered with. The door knob/door frame on the outside had damage almost like someone tried to pry the door open. There was a huge gap where you could see the inside of the latch without even opening the door. Someone very easily could put something in the gap and opened the door without a key. The second room, the AC/Heater did not work. The room stayed at 70 the entire time regardless of what you tried to set on the wall thermostat. There were stained all over the chair and carpet. The elevator was out 2 different times, once in the evening when we arrived and then again the next morning. The room itself did not feel clean, it was poorly remolded with wallpaper peeling, gaps in the baseboards and flooring, missing caulk, etc. Most of the plugs also didn’t work and were so worn out that our phone chargers wouldn’t even stay plugged in, they fell out because the outlets were so loose. The pillows were useless because even with 2-3 stacked on each other it felt like you were laying flat on the mattress without anything at all.
