Well, the first impressions of this hotel were not good. Not only do they have cobwebs in the skylights and on the ceiling of the lobby, but what I was greeted with in my hotel room was alarming. I had to go to the restroom and lifted the toilet seat lid to find feces and toilet paper in the toilet. I tried flushing, it didn't budge. Called down to the front desk, the option was to move rooms or have the maintenance man come up, we chose the latter. However, after he was finished he left residue that stayed all weekend. Now, part of the reason I chose this hotel was to hopefully use the shuttle back & forth from the Gaylord for a conference I was attending, unfortunately I misread the amenities and was unable to use the shuttle. Aside from Mario, the staff of the hotel were less than stellar. They weren't friendly and overall it was not a great experience staying at this hotel. I won't be staying here again.

Didn't Like: No microwave, in our room. Had to journey from the 7th floor to the 1st floor to warm-up our food. Also the hotel Shuttle Driver (Linda) wasn't to big on manners (Hi, Good Morning, Thank You etc..) The Winery Shuttle van service to main street was a complete joke and we ended up taking a lyft there and Back. Likes: (not property related)R&J's restaurant was better than expected. Dining + Musical Bingo lol. The front desk staff as well as the as the Table Busser guy in the breakfast eating area were very helpful AND MANNERED!!! Hotel cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping our room clean.
