The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked, warm and tasty. Great coffee. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. They need a new AC system and better televisions - but all else was nice.

The room was alright and staff was alright as well. On the way checking out there was a roach in the hallway on the wall. The hot tub I’m guessing had some white chemicals that was sitting at the bottom of the pool that ended up all over our feet, elbows, and hands which took a while to come off.

Everything stood out! I loved where the hotel was located, the staff was awesome and saved me some money on parking for the Mavs game! The room was clean, beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The breakfast was great and a decent price as well. If you are looking for a place to stay close to downtown Dallas then THIS is the hotel for you! 10/10 Recommend!!!

I attempted to check in and they wouldn't find mybreservation. She contacted Expedia and searched through Expedias portal. Even after showing my reservation ot was not honored. I had to reserve theough the hotel again. I attempted several times to contact expedia w no luck. Even tried the virtual link. Will be asking for a full refund
