Nice and clean property for a one night stay in Dallas. Pool area was pleasant and breakfast room was nice. Room sleeps 4 people but there are only two bath towels, one face washer and one hand towel. Enough toiletries for only one person.

1st room they gave us didn't have a bed in it at all nothing. So they gave us another room right across of that 313. This room had a sub-par A/C unit. It was all day and night. TV's had no remotes. Phones where not plugged in. The odor in the room was NASTY. EVERY THING WAS DIRTY. KITCHEN WAS JUST NASTY. BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL IN ADDISON. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. BREAKFAST WAS OKAY, COFFEE WAS JUST GROSS!!!

Ok place not the best definitely not the worst property seems to had its good days in the past looks like it’s deteriorating slowly great location and room size cold AC for Texas summer At time some questionable characters hanging out in the parking lot Overall this place has huge potential just needs some TLC and patrolling security

There was no electricity in the bathroom or the kitchen since the GFI switches don't work. The TV in the bedroom doesn't work. Some dishes in the cupboard but no silverware in the drawers. Ice maker works but nothing to catch the ice in so its all over the bottom of the freezer.
