Great weekend at Hotel ZaZa!! We loved this hotel! Great location walkable to many restaurants & night life! Daily free coffee, afternoon tea & cookies, then free wine nightly! Awesome service in hotel and valet! Free car shuttle day/night was great too! Can’t wait to visit again!!

They closed the pool area for a private event. So the guest could not use the pool. Ridiculous mangement. And the zaza is niw rindiwn. Needs to pne remodeled. Batrooms are old stule not changed in years.

Very interesting hotel with an art deco vibe. I prepaid $700 for 2 nights yet on check in the clerk at the front desk asked to apply a $100 per night charge in the event we used amenities. I was a little offended! The car/shuttle service was excellent.

Our room was exquisite. We were in the bungalows area off the main hotel grounds. Easy parking, very clean. The staff especially Tristan were very perdinable. Communication was so eady as well, thee staff shared their cell numbers readily. Free transportation throughout most of the city.
